Jet's pizza was born in 2010 when founder Marcus "Jet" Torres opened a small kitchen on Higley Road with nothing but a secondhand oven, locally sourced ingredients, and a relentless drive to craft the boldest pizza in Gilbert, AZ. Our first week, we made 40 pies. Today, that number is closer to 4,000.
The secret was never complicated: use the freshest ingredients, respect the dough, and never rush a pizza. Every jet's pizza that leaves our kitchen is made by hand, baked to order, and packed with flavors that keep our community coming back.
We grew not through shortcuts but through consistency — the same bold recipes, the same warm service, and the same commitment to every slice being worth every penny.

The First Oven
Marcus "Jet" Torres opens Jet's pizza at 1458 N Higley Rd with a single stone deck oven, six tables, and one determination: make the boldest pizza in Arizona.
2013
Arizona Pizza Award
Jet's pizza wins "Best New Pizzeria in the East Valley" from the Arizona Foodie Awards, putting our jets pizza on the regional map and tripling walk-in traffic overnight.
2015
Delivery Launch
We launch our own in-house delivery fleet, bringing fresh jet's pizza directly to doors across Gilbert. Same-day delivery, same handcrafted quality — zero compromise.
2018
Full Renovation & Expansion
We doubled our dining room, added a craft beer bar, and installed two additional stone deck ovens — welcoming over 200 guests per night during weekend service.

Online Ordering Platform
Jet's pizza launches its own digital ordering platform at jetspizzamenu.click, cutting third-party fees and offering customers faster checkout and real-time order tracking.
